Liability is limited to the greater of fees paid for the project or £10,000 except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, which is excluded from limitations.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in our creative work remains owned by Neu-Erlebnisde until final payment is received. On full payment, we grant clients an appropriate licence to use deliverables as set out in the contract. Third-party rights and licences (fonts, stock imagery) are the client's responsibility to clear where applicable.

Moral rights

We reserve the right to be credited as creator where reasonably practical. Any request to remove or alter attribution should be discussed at contract stage.

Consumer rights & complaints

Right to cancel

For distance contracts with consumers, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Where applicable, you have 14 days to cancel from the date of acceptance. Exceptions include bespoke design work once completed to specification.

Complaints

Please raise complaints by email to Neu-Erlebnisde@outlook.com. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and propose a resolution within 20 working days.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

If a complaint cannot be resolved, consumers in the UK may use ADR schemes. We will consider reasonable ADR options and provide information to consumers on these routes on request.

Governing law

Contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where statutory consumer protections state otherwise.
